ElectriPlast: Joint Venture with Delphi to Develop Cable/Wire Technologies

Integral Technologies and Delphi to Jointly Develop Insulator Technologies for Wire and Cable Shielding

FORT WASHINGTON, PA--(Marketwired - Jun 25, 2013) - ElectriPlast Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Integral Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: ITKG), announced today that it has entered into a co-development agreement with Delphi Automotive PLC to jointly develop wire and cable insulation applications using ElectriPlast® Conductive Resin Technology.

Integral, a leader in cutting edge electrically conductive hybrid plastics and Delphi will focus their joint development efforts on replacing the copper braiding in wire and cable applications with the lighter and more cost effective plastic hybrid material ElectriPlast®. The resulting applications are expected to be lighter, less costly to manufacture and substantially easier to install. Integral CEO Doug Bathauer said, "Integral has invested heavily in the development of wire and cable shielding, using our foundational conductive resin technology. We look forward to working with Delphi to refine key manufacturing processes and bring this technology to market."

"This exciting relationship is consistent with our business model to collaborate with leading technology innovators to develop new product applications for ElectriPlast® and license our intellectual property for its manufacture and commercialization across many industries," said Herbert Reedman, CEO of ElectriPlast Corporation. "It also reflects the technology's outstanding commercial potential; according to Global Industry Analysts, Inc., the Global Insulated Wire and Cable Market is expected to exceed $113.9 Billion by 2015.

I see two new agreements. Better than nothing i guess.

I do have a request for anyone willing. I have been a shareholder (albeit very minor one i'm sure) for over 7 years. I pay attention but don't subscribe to much online articles, and i can't access to read the full conference call, and i was unable to attend on the phone. Would anyone provide a brief, as unbiased as you can, summary? Much appreciated.

Has anyone spoken with Scott in IR lately? I've tried the last few days and it just goes straight into voice mail.

Can anyone explain the rather low price per share given the positive events with the two recent agreements? It seems like things appear to turning for the company, yet the share price does not reflect this. What am I missing? Is this company just flying under the radar?

They are certainly not "flying under the radar". For many years they have had regular PR's, publications, announcements and have introduced the product to over 350 companies.

The problem is that there is no substantive evidence that anything is "turning" for the company. Its the same game: announce changes in mgt, a new strategy, a new consultant, a new partnership. But there is never any sales, no prototype products and certainly never a commercialization - of any kind. Its been over 12 years now and no one can make anything commercially viable out of this product? Really?

In recent years, they have announced new "partnerships" (both big and small) but, tellingly, these partners never seem to get to market. In fact, they never even tout the product or their relationship with ITKG on their websites. Nothing.

This is one company to avoid until substantial product sales are reported. Their cash position puts them on the verge of collapse and, in light of all the effort and exposure, their product must have some serious issues.

I suspect that if we wait until product sales occurr it will be too late in terms of getting into the stock at a reasonble price. In fact, I suspect that it may be a while after a product(s) become available in the market that incorporates Electriplast that the general public will actually know about it. You can wait if you want, there are many investment strategies out there depending on risk tolerence.

Agreed. We all pick our poison.

But with this company's history, a slow arduous road to commercialization is almost guaranteed (if it ever occurs), which allow for plenty of time to pick up shares.
